Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Q: How do I start a return?
Email us at support@sentimentsstore.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions and address.
Q: Can I return used or opened items?
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on used items (e.g. drinkware or diffusers that have been opened).

Q: How do I clean my mugs and diffusers?
We recommend hand-washing mugs unless otherwise stated. For diffusers, follow the care instructions included with the product. Avoid overfilling and always unplug before cleaning.
Q: Are your products gift-friendly?
Absolutely! Many of our items make thoughtful gifts. Just let us know if it’s a gift at checkout — we may even add a personal touch.
